Re My Phone - I can get the text messages to the PC, but how do I get them back to the phone, in case I re-flash? I want to get the text messages back on the phone after a re-flash. Or does that sync so that BOTH locations have all text messages until archived?

Oh, I was thinking you had your contacts stored online, through Google. If you did, then it should work, what didn't work about it??

My Phone - After you re-flash, just start MyPhone back up, from the phone, sign in, and then it'll restore the text messages, automatically! It's a breeze

So I guess the MyPhone will sync so that both are equal until you archive... awesome!!

I DO have my contact on Google stored online... I transferred them from the Centro to the Palm Desktop, then uploaded them to my Google Contacts online because I found instructions on how to do that and I figured I may then find a way to transfer them to the TP2.

Here's what I do:

I delete all partnerships on WMC to start fresh.

On phone:
- Using activesync, I use server m.google.com, username username@gmail.com, and my password.

The only problem is that it never sync, period. Argh

P.S. Does anyone have a link to download the latest Sashimi release?

Yeah, not sure what he is referring to either...obviously if it "looked like" 2.5, it'd have the quick launch icons, footprints and/or twitter...

edit: even with the pocketnow article, I still don't see how this is "like 2.5" in any way, shape or form

yea i still don't see it, it looks like the photon build i have now.
i guess we'll just have to wait and see what we get.
i hope the new rom gets uploaded sometime tonight.
i am still wondering what the newer manila 2.1 has... if it's just runs faster and smoother i'd take that!
