What are some of the tweaks u guys have used to free up some memory..mine sits around 80-85%.

What programs are you running? I usually get just under 60% after a soft reset? I use HTC Addicts Clean Ram (attached) to clean out my ram after my phone has been one for a while. But if you're using 80% after a soft reset I don't think that will help you.

It's only 6.5
NRG hasn't uploaded the 6.5.3 (28004) one yet. I think that's coming later tonight or tomorrow.
I'm still not sold on 28xxx yet.
But I have all week to mess around and flash each one, THANKSGIVING!

well i know it's 6.5 but is this 6.5.1 or 6.5.2? start menu on top or bottom?

Oh sorry haha, it's the one with it at the top that's what NRG said on his twitter, he made it VERY clear, hehe.

Hey guys need some help with mms...how can I increase the size of mms sent/received size? it can only go to 300k, I tried installing the remove arcsoft cab and then installing another build but its a no go, is there a reg entry or cab that will let me increase more then the given 300k?

Installing this cab (courtesy of Ace) should solve your issue.
