Is anybody using 21869 Titanium and able to send MMS messages (picture AND video) properly?

Is anybody actually taken to the MMS editor when using the MMS button in the "Actions" softkey shortcut?

Do I need to install a Verizon provisioning cab from somewhere? The provisioning screen doesn't come up after reflashing.

Don't choose Messages... Instead choose Mail. From there you can select the "Video Message" or "Picture Message" account. It works fine that way.

However, when I send a video it still only attaches a still jpg from the video. Any ideas?

I know that there is a HTC volume skin bug (plain vanilla winmo volume comes up when you use the physical side volume buttons) still on the 28002 build, but does anyone know why? After all it shows up when you click on the "windows logo" of that menu that pops up when you click on the task bar.

This might already be answered before, but:
(1) Why doesn't the HTC task manager work with 23xxx or 28002 builds?
(2) Why can't the task bar clock be hidden in 23xxx or 28002 builds?

IIRC, there was a post saying the HTC volume slider causes problems while on calls. It's somewhere in this thread.

That's strange. I just sent myself a video using that method, and I received the actual video. It does appear at just a still jpg when composing the message.

Ah, okay that would explain why NRG would disable it then.

I'm still wondering about disabling the clock in the taskbar for 23xxx/28002.

Maybe some one will develop a more integrated solution to the "x" not closing stuff. All the current work around don't sound that attractive to me.

Those are the only 3 things really holding me back from using 28002 (and future ones) for now.

To recap:
-no htc volume skin (with physical side volume buttons)
-unable to remove clock in taskbar
-"x" doesn't close programs/for some programs you have to look through menus to exit instead of using the "x" in the upper right corner to exit (obviously it's not there because the "x" is at the bottom now)

Oh yea... bring back Opera 9.5 or 9.7!!!

Grr. Which ROM are you using? Did you install a provisioning app after you flashed and, if so, did you install that before or after the MMS fix?

Did you use the Verizon MMS fix listed in post #6?

I think all these great roms have people too spoiled, a majority of the little things people complain about are all tweaks or 3rd party apps that you should be learning how to operate yourself if they are not included in a ROM ... or not working properly if they are

I found a 3rd party app over on XDA that will bring back a clone of the HTC skin. You have to put a shortcut to the app in the Start Up folder and it only controls the general volume. No separate controls for System/Ring.

I don't have my phone in front of me, but I don't think it shows the clock in the taskbar. I'll have to check it.

I agree the X behavior is annoying. Hopefully Showcase is updated so it doesn't crash Sense. In the meantime, we at least have somewhat of a solution.

I'm using the Nov 9 ROM I believe sys 23504. I tried using the built in provisioning, but it worked like crap. I ended up installing the VZW keyboard cab and editing the MMS settings by hand. Then I went into the registry and changed the maximum message size.
