Juicy, attached is the modified CDMA_RSSI_PPC.dll (version 1.28) with the 6.5 icons and data arrows working (solid and gray when inactive)...hope to see it in your release some day.
BTW, it needs to be signed (i dont have a signer or certificate to do so).

Anyone, please help!
I flashed the DeepShining 1.5 a week or two back and after that I've been unable to flash anything else. Has anyone seen this issue before? I've tried Juicy's and MMs latest ROMs and both were unsuccessful. They errored out by freezing on the Tricolor (or was it four) screen and the computer comes back with a "Communication Error" (something like "E[26]:Communication Error"). I didn't touch anything on the TP2, usb cable, or anything on the comp that would cause this. Any ideas or advice??

What is the deepshining? Your profile says tmobile...this is a CDMA rom not GSM. Maybe you flashed the wrong one???

Try to enter the bootload and flash that way.

When I slide out the keyboard the home screen and tabs for the touchflo disappear. Is there a problem with these rom's in landscape mode?

I never could really use your previous ROMs on my gimped VZW TP. Even with the PP changed, things were just too sluggish. BUT OMFG, I'm loving this one on my TP2. I normally prefer kitchens where I can do some things myself, but you've got this about perfect. I've tweaked a few little things to my liking, installed my programs, and I couldn't be happier. Excellent work.

TP2 SPRINT Juicy ROM

Bluetooth is not working. I am able to discover the other devices and able to send the passkey. Also it looks like devices are connecting each other. But after I select a file from my file exlorer I am not able to see any option to send file via bluetooth in menu otion or in Right click options. When I select a divce from my list of avilable devices I am getting following message

THERE WERE NO SERVICES WE ARE INTRESTED IN.

if any one know how to fix this please help me. I like this ROM very much. Just for this reasons I don't won't consider other Rom's

Virtually none of this rom is displaying in landscape mode for me, the home screen, weather, media player, pictures...anyone else having this problem?

Everything works great portrait orientation but as soon as I slide the keyboard I get black screen and just the standard top bar and bottom is blank except for "phone" on edge of bar and "menu" on right.

Do I just need to reflash it?

I'm not even getting support for photo or music _ as I just saw the above post that this rom has no landscape support except for those apps.

Music and...photos will auto orientate, but if I slide open the keyboard (which the stock rom automatically converts to landscape..SenseUI goes black, as if it was turned off.

That's a pretty huge deal. I'd have to not use this rom anymore if every time I slide out the keyboard, functionality like this disappears. :S Otherwise I like the rom!

I love it this ROM...I have been converted, I used a Juicy Rom once onmy touch pro, but this one is very fast an stable and I am using TF3D2.5, I would only use energyrom but I am a beliver now...thanks Juicy

Thanks because the the Touch flow build is from the Touch HD2 or the LEO and it's portrait mode only so there is no landscape mode, it would have to be created....maybe an Action window like the original Touch Pro

TF3D 2.5 was made for a device without a hardware keyboard. So that's why it has issues when you slide out the keyboard. It is ONLY a problem on the TF3d tabs, except pictures and music, which again, you don't slide you just rotate the phone.

As far as using SMS, Email etc, sliding the keyboard rotates and works just fine. IT ONLY AFFECTS the TF3D Screens. And in all honesty, even on 2.1 I never operated in Landscape mode. I always read my email and texts in portrait mode unless I needed to reply which case I tapped the message to open the Messaging app and then slid my keyboard. No different now. So I personally am not affected, but I guess lots of people like to slide the keyboard and navigate TF3d, just never really saw the reasoning.

MANILA SENSE 2.5 HAS NO LANDSCAPE, THEREFORE IT WAS DESIGN FOR THE LEO / HD2 WHICH DOES NOT NEED LANDSCAPE BUT IN PHOTOS AND MUSIC SO ASKING ABOUT IT THE ANSWER IS NO, UNLESS THE DESIGN AN ENTIRE NEW ONE.....
so whats the big deal with landscape, you only really need it in the text sections other than that no need....

is anyone not getting VM notifications? i missed 4 of them today,. they were important too. Loving this rom so far, it has some minor issues like the SMS is quirky. But im sure itll all be ironed out/

I dont think he was putting any1 down....I have not even run this rom but have come across plenty in this forum about 2.5 not supporting landscape...all any1 is asking to please read....a few of the posters didnt even bother to look at the top of the page....it was answered there when this question came up again....plus he did answer the question....just takes some initiative by others....the answers are here....trust me...now lets all be adults and move on....:)

no one is being a jerk the info was ther plain and simple, actually on the first page where you got the download link from. Being a jerk is not point individuals in the right direction.
You have a bike in your avatar so lets say that you have a high compression engine and you got some high oxygenated fuel and during a race or ride you blew your motor...Do you blame the fuel manufacture or yourself from not reading. Thats my point..you don't have top read all the pages but, a little brain food will help and believe me you will be on the right track. If you look at my post count its low but I read and re-read before asking a question, not saying I don't but I try to find the answer or fixes first..

I spinlocked the drivers, as per No2's tools.... this will show up in R3 :)

more info if you're curious @ nuerom.com, R3 will be sometime next week. The reality is R2 is damn good :P

back on topic I LOVE THIS ROM

Im not really interested in any of the 2.1 roms because I want 2.5 and every rom up to this one the anamations on the main/pictures/music screens were painfuly slow and was thinking of switching to MM rom (M2.1) but I wanted to give yours a try 1st. And omg im so happy I did, the animations although slow/choppy at times are much faster then any other M2.5 rom iv tried.

THANKYOU juicy for this rom I think its a keeper!

only two issues iv had I just cant get MMS to work (not a big deal to me) and a pop up error when ever I drop to 1x saying "Device is registering on a voice service only network. Data services are currently unavailable." oddly enough data still works just fine but this will keeps poping up every 30 sec (so its just annoying). Again this only happens when im on 1x when im at my house (solid evdo area) its fine. Id love any help/ideas on how to disable this popup msg.

What I love about Juicy ROMS.

• He adopts the new stuff that works
• They have good battery life compared to others
• He is a down to earth guy and is always helpful in his threads (some others can be downright rude to nubes)
• He does great work when he is not being distracted by his blackberry. :)

I did not use the provisioning cab. I simply installed the mighty keyboard map and dialed *228 and selected option #1 on Verizon.

Everything worked perfect!

My favorite rom ever! just having one problem. when i tap the power button to turn off the screen and tap it again to turn it back on, the lock screen with the slider up top doesn't come on. i have to tap start> then lock on the bottom.

I have the R2 running so fine right now i almost dont wanna risk going to r3 and having to go through all that to get the text messaging to work again! lol.. anyways u can implant that in R3 i think i need u! "avatar" (was that gay) lol
