I thought I read somewhere (maybe on xda) that someone was going to mod task 29 to go into bootloader after process is complete so you don't have to remove then go into bootloader... Anyone know if this was done or can be done? Just curious

I see you figured out your issue in this post.
Here is another way to use the BG tweak and patch the file yourself.
Just drag and drop the shell32.exe module onto the exe attached below.
