I ran Task 29 from post 6. Received message it completed successfully. Now I am unable to get the phone into bootloader mode. I'm holding down send & end keys & then the power key...nuthin'

Did you take the battery out and power it down, make sure the phone is off before you push the buttons. hope that helps.

It's unfortunate that PPCGeeks went down lastnight and kinda hindered the release :(

Mike, quick question...does putting the start button back in the bottom left mess anything up that you've cooked in?

PS...back to FF again! (obviously....damn, i'm batting 1000 today) :drunken:

Yeah, what Jim said. mightyrom.com is running real slow. Poor ziggy's server must be smoking from the load. I got to it but it took forever to load just now. Give it a try and be patient. :)

It's just a simple registry change and should have absolutely no ill effects.
