if u used Vins cab for that, won't work. That screwed up my phone, had to hard reset because it couldn't uninstall.

Re: ║MightyROM.com║ ║Windows Phone®║ ║Update Now Available!║

Since several people have been asking this morning...

Yes, there are 3 new ROMs that were released last night, all available at MightyROM.com.

The 3 ROMs available are Official (OF) which is a standard 6.5 ROM, Special Edition (SE) which is also a 6.5 ROM, but has lots of eye candy to celebrate Mike's thread hitting (or about to hit) 2 million views, and Full Force (FF) which is a 6.5.x ROM that contains much of the eye candy that comes with SE. The latter 2 are found under the "projects" section of MightyROM.com

There was no official announcement of the ROMs as Mike just uploaded them silently. Also, since there are 3 ROMs with all sorts of different features, there is no changelog listed anywhere

Task 29 - Re-format your Nand Flash:
A Special thanks to Agent_47 over at XDA and also here on PPCG for doing this edit. To read his post here on PPCG, click here. And his XDA thread, click here. What I did was create an install similar to what Mike does, download one file, and run it. Instead of forcing you to flash a radio, I put in a blank splash image.
do i have to reput on radio b4 or ever b4 flashing my rom?

after you run task29 you have to manually put it in bootloader.

You need to have the RHODIMG.nbh file ready to go on your SD card. Then put the phone into bootloader mode and it will find the .nbh automatically and ask if you want to flash to it

You will not be able to flash via the standard .exe method using activesync/wmdc as there will be no OS on the phone to load. It will just hang at the boot screen, which is why you need the .nbh ready to go

EDIT: Alright, everyone on the following page is saying this post is misleading so let me clarify... These instructions are ONLY for those wanting to flash via the rhodimg.nbh method. If you want to go into bootloader to flash directly from the .exe, you can still do so. Just make sure you don't have the rhodimg file on your SD card or else the bootloader will try to flash that way instead

When saying he can't use activesync/wmdc, I was trying to say that he wouldn't be able to load up his phone as usual since there is no OS to load as this has thrown some users off before... apologies for the confusion :thumbleft:

If you use Ziggy's task29 cab from post #6 here you don't need to mess with the radio at all, just run like you're flashing a rom....once completed, put into boot loader screen and run MightyROM, it will flash like normal.

EDIT...I see it's been answered multiple times :drunken:

I've used Task29 many times now and I still flash from my computer. I just put my phone on bootloader and flash the regular EXE way.

Re: ║MightyROM.com║ ║Windows Phone®║ ║Update Now Available!║

My process:

1) Run Task 29 from PC » Get TouchPro2 Screen
2) Go to Bootloader Screen -- Red Blue Green Screen -- by pulling out the battery, replacing it, and pressing Volume Down + Power (top)
3) Connect USB cable » Bottom of bootloader screen should change from Serial to USB
4) Run ROM Update Utility or Exe file on PC and follow the regular process.
5) Clear Storage Once More for the heck of it.
6) Customize as necessary and Enjoy the Phone

Had the same thing happen to me with SE. Ziggy's autoprovision gave me an error and I just hard reset with same file and worked well.

I thought I read somewhere (maybe on xda) that someone was going to mod task 29 to go into bootloader after process is complete so you don't have to remove then go into bootloader... Anyone know if this was done or can be done? Just curious :)

this happen to me last night with Timberwolf Rom now it just happened again with mightyrom..Before I even flashed this Rom I task29 and did a hard reset.

I'm installing apps and tweaks like everyone else but it must be some file I have in my storage card right?

I see you figured out your issue in this post.
Here is another way to use the BG tweak and patch the file yourself.
Just drag and drop the shell32.exe module onto the exe attached below.
