yes im on the generic 28244 and can confirm the contact issue as well

Today I was on 29002 all day and haven't had any issues yet. I was mistaken in my comment earlier about 29002 not using the softkey buttons and big buttons on the page, it does. It must have been another build I was on. It can get confusing flashing 5 or 6 builds in a day.

other than the contact issue this build has been great for me,fast as hell,battery life is outstanding took off charger at 9am and still sitting at 69% at 1:02am now thats a first maybe even a fluke but im loving it lol,not a single issue here performance wise,cant comment on sprint nav but gps is on point here and very accurate 29002 is next up

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, batti is standard for me. off at 630am and at 70% at 9am...about usual (5 min push email on 2 accounts, 30 sms, 10-15 min of talk, 30 min streaming audio). All this talk about batti life, if even a 2 minute difference between versions...i don't see it. touchxperience, spb, cookie, sence 2.5.....honestly, we're talking a difference of minutes.

the batti does what it does. The phone does what it does. it's not unobtanium. 4 hours talk on our phone is what its made for----don't expect 3 days

Hey Sharkie, download 23xxx. Loading up now! Been wanting to try out your rom for a long time since I stopped cooking (happy wife, happy life LOL!) and I was just getting the hang of it. Running thru htcRIE and noticed some old friends. Wow lotta ring tones, sorry bout that. I'll drop back in. Looking forward to it.

I haven't used Sprint navigation in a while, but I will over the course of the next day or two to see what's up. I can say that all my other location/GPS needing apps are working properly.

I'll flash the 28244 ROM tonight and check these issues out on it as well. Glad you're enjoying the ROM otherwise and sorry about these issues.

The contacts issue is the first I have noticed but I was on an older
ROM prior to this flash. Same with the navigation/GPS issue. Minor annoyances but would be nice to have an easy fix. Thanks for all your hard work.

I'm on 28244 now and I've called several contacts through the Sense Contacts tab and they are all still there after the fact.

I'll search around for other mentions of this issue and see if I can make any sense out of it.

I've already found some people in the same boat. From what little I've read, how you sync contacts might have something to do with it.

So those that are having this issue, how do you sync your contacts?

Same here. Some have also said that it's a "bug" with the newer Sense versions. I don't think I buy that though... Were that the case, it would be happening all the time on all ROMs using the newer Sense versions, and it's not.

yeah it weird to be honest cause it happens at random,a soft reset fixes it for me or if i don't sr sometimes after i call another contact the missing contact will reappear

and this has only happened to you on the 28244 or has it happened intermittently on other ROMs as well?
