Yeah, I'd have to say bad flash. This is not a known issue or one that I've ever had.

ok, thanks, ill reflash it and see what happens, also i couldn't find the 5.2 download, did you take it down? and what were the improvements on 5.2?

Yeah, I took 5.2 down. There were really no "improvements" in it. There were a couple of skinning changes, but nothing big. The change log I posted when I had the beta up only had like 4 things in it. It was for all intents and purposes a 5.1 ROM which is why I decided to take it down.

At the time, I was just itching to release something, but I've never been one to release a new version just for the sake of releasing a new version and that's what that was. I also didn't feel it was as good as v5.1. You're not missing anything, don't worry.

I reflashed and found out what the problem was. AC S2U2 is the problem. Some setting in there shuts off the screen when you go from portrait to landscape. Once I uninstalled it, the phone worked fine again. I'll tinker with it and find out which exact setting is causing the problem.

Cool, thanks for lettings us know! Glad you got it worked it out. I'm assuming this has not happened on other ROMs or have you only just begun to use S2U2 just now on mine?

I have always used S2U2 but this is the first time I used it on your rom. It's strange because I used to use Vins roms and never had a problem. I tried again, and at first the S2u2 worked for a short time, then all of a sudden when i slide the keyboard, the screen goes blank again. I have to delete S2u2 and remove the reg entries manually and i may just try to find a different screen lock program.

Can you post a listing of all S2U2 registry entries? Maybe then we can pin point the issue.
