I was able to duplicate the issue after a hard reset but now its only partially not answering on noBling. It seems to be the lock screen. If the phone is unlocked it seems to answer fine but if sleep/locked it doesnt answer properly...Im going to try adjusting the lock settings before I try the new rom (I REALLY like noBling).
