2.8 for me... its the start menu graphics bug. i forget what its called. but I tried lowering the pp to 12 and tried 16 and both did the same thing. shrugs

Ok I think I know the problem. I tried adding the games pack last second. Icon regs were set to old stuff that is no longer in existence.

Try This and restart: Start Icon Fix

OK I got it FIXED!!! Believe it. It was Visual XDA_UC causing it. The last package I thought would cause any issues. I removed it for this release til I get something working

Might have to go Sashimi way...
