On another note I was messing around with the Flamerise tsk and learned that you are using Windows messaging as the HTC messaging has a blue gloss selector. I do not know what files are in the WM messaging. It is NOT tied to only the Black Flamerise but all themes. the only solution I could offer would to switch the WM messaging screen with one of these Themes

The only problem with those is that some are not 6.5x compatible and the Ninja one that would be perfect isn't yet. I took apart one of the 6.5x cabs to see if the files are similar to those in the rom I was running and there were no similar files WTF???

As of right now I am at a loss and will need to look further into but that thread is the only one for WM messaging themes.

So if you stick with HTC Messaging you are fine, only MMS will take you to the Windows Messaging.

The creator has it running on 6.5x. Just copy all the files into your windows folder and overwrite all of them. IF not able to let me know and I will cab it for you.

Actually that is exactly what it does. There is the CFC_gui program that will allow you to take all the manila files from the rom, then you edit them in Mode9, then upload them back to the rom. There is an option in the CFC_gui to compress them, that way the manila files are compressed like the rest of the rom.

Yea I am not a fan of the bubbles either, but it was the only stop gap out there, for now.

The CFC does speed up Manila, but only the manila graphics, it has an effect on overall performance but not drastic.

I wouldn't recommend messing with the Manila files unless you are making new slider tabs or graphics to customize to your liking, but can be a pain.

The slider images need to be a certain location to show up right on the slider bar.

You must be using 6.5x. In the 6.5x roms you need to manually shut the apps down through the task manager, unlike 6.5 roms where you can set the X button to completely shut it down. I, personally, add Ameba and Scarecrow's Ameba Settings to the XYC 6.5x roms. When you first Install Ameba and the Settings you will need to soft reset the phone. go into the start menu and the settings will be at the bottom.

Is it possible to uninstall a program from a ROM like this? I've installed the Sqweaky Clean version and would like to uninstall Opera 10 beta, is there any way to do this? Same goes for GoogleMaps, whenever it is updated how do I go about removing the old version before I install the new version?
