Found what I was looking for at xda-dev made by CoOkie. It delivers a visual of a 4 items across in the program tab of TF3D Sense 2.1.

Thanks for finding that cab! I'm pretty sure a lot of people are looking for it. I never used the program tab, so never looked into it..

I love the coOkie tab mod, but I dont use/need that many apps. The Sense2.1 program tab is a big plus for me. With the extended mod its even sweeter.
