Edit: DO NOT report about the version # you will see during the flash process, yes I know I did not set that. Also the version # is wrong in the about device info screen. This is a 23123 V9.6 Beta rom dated 6/25/10. Thanks

Edit 3: Manila 2016 is underway and I will have beta test rom ready for you FA's in a day or two just to you addiction going.

The latest version V9.6 Beta with no additional installations or modifications.

All Office Mobile applications fail to load "The file ':MSP****' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file."

I have re-flashed 2 times, hard reset 3 times and tried to install the application from the Marketplace. When I tried to install from the Marketplace I got an error that the file could not be installed.

I searched around in the Windows folder and subfolders for the original .exe files hoping I could run them directly but to no avail.

Jim, before you flash, if all else is working? I would wait and see if someone else is having the same issue/s... remember this is a beta version..

Thanks for the reply Geej. I didn't try much else. What little I tried seemed normal. Dahoov appears to be having the same issues. No big deal... I flashed another one until TW updates again. I flash more in a day than I change underwear... wait a minute, I go commando.

Confirmed,...All Office applications not working as well as Windows Live! They all say the same. "file cannot be opened. not signed,...etc. try re-installing"
At least my bluetooth finally worked!!! hehe.

Do not flash again, not the flash or you phone!

Ok guys thanks for trying the rom. The problem is NOT the rom or the phone but (I D 10 T) ERROR who disigned the rom. (ME) Since the icons appeared in their correct I just assumed they wera all ok. Now we see that is not true. Have the same xip 23123 but with manila 2016 on phone at the moment and the same problem. I will fix this problem tonight or tomorrow and anything else you can fine tonight and post another beta tomrrow before 15:00 hrs.

For those don't know what an ID10T error is. (idiot)


EDIT: At work and just checked the phones rom and that appears to be about it for things not working.

Office is a part of xip and sys and I didn't check.

My thing is once I have a perfectly working ROM I like to get it set up the way I find is best suited for my day to day use.

The only issue Im having now is that Im still having problems with no receiving all my texts.

Some come through and some dont. In some cases Someone will send me about 4 texts in a row and Ill only get the last two. In the most aggravating occurrence was I never confirmed a date with a pretty lady and she got upset because I never received her text.

Im not sure if its a ROM issue or not. Maybe it has to do with low battery or the carrier I dont know.

Anyway I digress ha ha

If you feel its best to post the fixed beta then do so.

I thought your ROM was working pretty darn good. I'd go ahead and post. I don't use the 2016 series but your Sprint ROMS on the 23... series always seem fast, stable . I'm sure if there is a minor issue it will be fixed soon.

Well it appears everyone is happy with what they have. For now I am not going to post another beta for testing (manila core 2016). Since I have 2 problems that I have not fixed manila 2016 and everyone is happy. I will wait till I have more WOW to post.

Are you going to repost the NEW SPRINT or should I reflash the 9.5 Sprint. I flashed the beta with the office apps that don't work. It's not biggie either way but I use office so I either need to flash back or wait for the working 9.6.
