Re: [Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

The fastest two 6.5 or 6.5.x builds to date are 21909 & 21911. We can't really compare 6.1 since 6.5 has soo much more it the SYS itself. A 6.1 SYS using a native 6.5 kernel is the fastest thing on the planet.....PERIOD!!

As far as 6.5.x...I have to say 231xx takes the cake. Phones are actually being released with that branch.

I did not know anything had been released with a sys newer than 218xx.
Any link to Roms or the dumps from those roms?

The tab itself should work as long as have all the Footprints files, a properly edited 26948339_manila file, and also change this:
Code:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]
"Manila://footprints.page.hidden"=dword:1
to:
Code:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]

Re: [Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

Can anyone tell me how to disable WM Contacts from using my SoftKey Buttons in the Contacts window, like in my 2nd screen shot. It's a build thing. The 1st screen shot, without the softkey button usage in the window is 23563. The 2nd screen shot with the softkey buttons in the window is 23123.

PS - Incase you've not heard yet, Meltwater released Facebook Tab v1.5 today. It's look pretty good from the pics in the XDA thread. I'm cooking it in now...

Re: [Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

I need some quick help please. I have ran into this before but I cannot remember what the issue was. I am building a rom and it seems to work out okay but only creates nbh files about 8mb in size. Thanks in advance. I don't have much free time and cannot find the answer, thanks in advance.

Try this...

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\BubbleTiles]
"TextModeEnabled"=dword:00000001

That didn't work. I didn't even have that string in my registry, nor do I have Footprints anything in HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila. I tried adding that string, but to no avail. Perhaps the package I have is missing things.

Can someone post their working Footprints Tab EXT?

This did not work either. Perhaps you've pointed me in the right direction though. I'm looking more into the registry...

Re: [Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

Since most of you have been playing with 231xx series I have a question. When I released a beta rom to my users with 23123. The is rom is real fast in the beginning. But starts to slow down after a few days. Also battery life goes twice as fast compared to 23563 xip & sys. Are there any other builds that are as good as 23563 or better and don't suck the life out of the battery?
