I know it's not the taskbar by itself, been using the same for several builds and it's not been a problem in the past. But I'll do some trial and error and see if I can get it figured out.

that's what I do, no manila at all. Tried to even not cook in titanium, but it seemed buggy to me.
Formula is the MS cooking expert. I just cook my ROM titanium only and add MS 3.5.5 through my XDA_UC folder.

Can anyone point me to a guide for dumping and organizing roms? I dumped the new Verizon MR2 but i dont know exactly how to combine the manila stuff and (specifically all the rgu's or registry stuff) and folders into the form that calk used to use. I also read it might have some better memory management and I wanted to include that, I assume something in the XIP?

Can someone post 23123? I looked, but didn't see it posted in the thread anywhere. It's odd, I think, as several people have mentioned running it and being pleased with it.

got mine from here and sorted the two i wanted to try out, so far so good, I got good results so far gonna give them a hard run to see if anything occurs, so far just have to fix the input reg key and recook, nothing major at all

23123 has been fantastic for me. been running fast smooth and stable.

im itching to reflash so i might try 24614 for a couple days
