You use a Tweaks folder too. Yea that will cause your doubles. Upload that entire EXT real quick so I can make sure thats it.

Ok 2 examples...right now you have the initflashfiles.dat in the kitchen copying Search.lnk from \Windows to the \Start Menu\Programs and the app.dat in the zzTweaks EXT is copying it from \Windows to \Start Menu\Programs\Tools

If you are getting a duplicate of the Calculator I bet your initflashfiles.dat in the kitchen is copying it from \Windows to \Start Menu\Programs and then your app.dat for the Calulator & for the zzTweaks are both copying it from \Windows to \Start Menu\Programs\Tools
