  • Sprint users install this Cab - Thanks Flyers (Recommended cab)

  • NOTE: you may need to enable auto retrieval of messages in pic/video options.
Notes
  • On the manila settings tab, do not click "other" as it will freeze the phone, I'm working on a fix for this. ¤3/24/2010¤
  • Voice command is off by default, turn on in settings > personal
  • Please remember that battery life can be inaccurate for the first one or two charge cycles. If you experience any odd battery life give it a day or so and then see how it is. :mrgreen:

  • WhiteBatteryIconWPercent - Matches stock taskbar nicely
  • InboxExtender - Install this after you install your MMS cab, enables 'mark all as read' in your email inbox
  • psShutXP - Adds XP like shutdown menu when you hold power, this one matches the roms colors
  • BsB G-Config - Allows you to customize what rotates using the g-sensor
  • SkypeMobile - It's been discontinued by Skype for WinMo but here's a copy. Too big for the forum so, click here.

I've been testing it for over a week and it seems pretty damn solid, also been making tweaks but now its time to get a public eye to help critique it. Try to kill it peice by piece and let me know what your thoughts are!

This Rom has the looks and the speed, awesome work fusion. Definitely keeping this and putting it to the test. One thing I noticed was missing is the owner information. Once again great job:headbang::headbang:

Just wanted to let you know that the owner info really isn't needed - when you fill out the contact card in Manila it updates the owner info in the phone!

Running this ROM now, and so far really good! Pretty fast for the 16 quicklinks being installed.

As MightyMike posted in his thread, the .dll for Sprint doesn't allow for customizing of the flashing LED.

Use the attached cab to replace the .dll

Flashed your ROM and it is very nice. Like it a lot, however, I have run into a strange issue. After I run the provisioning, I cannot access my storage card. I can if I skip the provisioning. Not sure what to make of it but I can run the provisioning - no card, clear storage - card is back.

If I am on Sprint, do I need to run the provisioning? Seems like everything works without it.

For a full sprint experience, yes, but if its working without it...

So this is happening ONLY after you run provisioning? I'm looking into it now.

Well, I may have spoken too soon. I just got done testing text, e-mail, etc. Everything was fine. Able to use storage card for mail storage, made shortcut to start menu, etc. Rebooted the phone and no storage card. Have tried a couple of different cards I have lying around. Not there. Clear Storage and it comes back. Must be just me. I think you would hear from others if it was happening to them. Going to flash to stock and mess around with the card. See if has issues. Maybe the slot is on the fritz.

Storage card issue is confirmed here also. I noticed it when I first flashed the rom but i had to go out so couldn't check. I got home did the flashdance, hoping that would solve it but it didn't. And it happens after I boot back from provisioning.

Normally I will wait to update so that you don't have to flash multiple times but this was a significant enough issue that it had to be taken care of...

Some of the regedits that I included had a conflict with the driver for the SD card... they weren't part of the provisioning cab but they are set to be applied after provisioning takes place ;-)

Thanks for catching that. Granted I didn't get to clean up post 1 and update the change log due to this issue but hell at least we have SD access. I noticed it too while at work but I've been having issues with my SD card lately so I figured it finally killed itself, but it's all good now. \\:D/

I'm gonna need to get some server space... Megaupload is alright but it took me as long to upload the rom as it did to fix and build it!

Excellent! :mrgreen: check out post 2 as well, I added some cabs that I always install b/c I have a need for them.

My goal is a mostly bare ROM that is stable but with some common/useful apps pre-installed.

I may make a completely bare version as well as one that uses titanium if there is any demand for that too.

And FYI all, the storage card problem was not present when Mighty was testing the ROM. I added some regedits this morning that caused the issue ;-)

MMS works after the flash for me (although I had the black screen from contacts where you have to "activate" the manila window for texting). What does the mms cab do?
