For grins, have you ran a Sprint provisioning cab from another rom. Maybe that will fix it.

Edit: And whats up with this new Sprint Football Live? Why doesnt it work?? Im on a fresh flash and It just keeps blinking loading over and over and over and over. Anyone else having this issue??

Change "HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\HideSettings" = 0
This will show the real settings icon. Delete the htc settings icon first from the start menu folder (Windows\Start Menu\Programs).

Not so sure about the Sprint Football Live as I have not flashed the latest Rom to try it out yet.

Sprint Football live works perfectly for me. Starts right up and goes right to my team selections.

I checked Nascar and can confirm the error. I flashed back to stock and guess what...error persists. There must be a problem with the application itself or the website it uses to gather data. I also cooked in the older WM 6.1 Nascar version just to make sure and still got the same error.

*You do not need to install a provisioning CAB on my rom as it is already provisioned with the stock settings. Using an older provisioning CAB will most likely mess up your settings so it is not recommended.*

I can confirm nfl live is acting funky too. as does nascar

Im not seeing any issues with NFL. (As stated Nascar is acting up on stock so may be on Sprint's end) Can you be a little more specific about NFL. Mine starts right up. Are you using the 4/2 Rom version of NFL or the CAB from Post #2?

Well I have tried both. First I tried the cab on another ROM and it did not work. Just kept flashing loading over and over. Then I flashed the latest Sprint Lovers 4/2 and tried it off back without installing anything. And it did the same thing. Just flashed "Loading" over and over. Then I installed the cab and it still did not work. I really need my NFL app. "WHO DAT!"

Okay may have found the culprit. I am cooking and will upload an Easter release for you guys and NFL should work fine, however Sprint Nascar is still a mystery (does not work on stock Sprint 6.5 rom either) Check back in about 45 minutes or so.
