I also had problem with GPS yesterday on my own personal ROM. I'd chalk it up to the solar gps gremlins . It worked find later in the day.

Follow up on the twitter tab. I just tried a hard reset and install only the twitter fix with manilla disabled. After a soft reset, still no twitter tab. I do apologize for being such a pain. I'll just wait for the next update.

21914 is on the backburner til I can get 23129 perfect. New leaks coming out really isn't helping the cause either lol. I'm adding the Manila Core 2018 for sure tho.
