not to be off topic but whats the best program to backup my phone i know i could just use active sync for my contacts but i want to back everything up.

Microsoft MyPhone. It's a free service, but you must create a Windows Live account in order to use it.

I use sprite backup. costs 20.00 but well worth it the number of times I've had to restore a copy.
