Here is a cab from the original author, I just modified it a bit to include the xml files in there.

This does not include color bubbles, follow mao's instructions, if you want color bubbles. Also you should be able to turn the bubbles on and off with this cab.

Man you have done it again. i love the crusader rom. its super fast. one question. is there a way to move the clock up with out installing CHT? my calendar over laps the quicklinks.

This is the best I could do...I can provide you a cab that will disable landscape, and take that calender up to where it was if you want...
