When i'm on a call and move the handset away from ear to either look at the screen or enter additonal numbers like extensions or hit the red end button.. there is always the arkswitch screen in the front and i have to close it to get to the dial screen.
this is happening in all versions.

anyone exp. this or have a clue other than the possibility of my ear touching the screen at the right spot.
