The only issue I've found with building in SPB MS is the add on packages such as Naong's Mobile Sense don't always see that MS is installed. The only work around I've found is to reinstall MS then apply the add on package.

The OEM was made from a stock cab install so im not sure why this happens but your right, thats why i packaged the MobileSense into my rom already so you dont need to. In my recent beta's I moved to mstsmp's version that has most of the MobileSense widgets minus the Sense Config app. I am still debating on keeping this in the build or switch the next release rom series to the mstsmp versions found in the betas. There are some minor graphical problems with Naong's version that are not a problem with mstsm's version.

I will work on a way for the MS353_S (stock ms) roms so that the naong add on installs properly without doing what you described first. I have not found any other conflicts other than the Naong claiming ms 353 is not installed do you have any other exaples?

I'd recommend packaging in the MSkip ProPlus Ultimate Pack, or have 2 separate roms for Naong's and MSkip's.

I like not having the bottom launch bar. Then again, sometimes i miss it!

i used to love the no bottom bar myself back with the vga of the touch pro days, but i fell like with wvga there is so much room. I considered soing an mskip + vostrodomus layout build we'll see. Calkulin released his updated kitchen so its back to scratch again for me.

I apologize if this has been posted but my text messages aren't working right. My wife sent me 5 texts and I didn't see a notification of receiving a text message. I clicked on the text icon and they were there. I tried to respond to the text to no avail.

Other than this, I love the ROM. It reminds me of how innovative Mal's ROM is.

Is it something to do with sound (notification)? I had that problem you have to get the phone profile widget on to the main screen and shift. If you are having any other problem with text messages other than that, you probably should do a "flashdance" I have not seen anyone post, or myself experienced any issues with texts/MMS. At least on sprint anyway. They work wonderfully.

I always do a clear storage after a flash. I will do another just to be safe...

thanks

I'm currently running Calkulin's SPB Rom and I'm planning to flash back to this one now that it seems the bugs have been worked out.

Which version should I consider to be the most stable?

FYI I flash roms like I change underwear! One of these days I'll just friggen learn how to work in the kitchen instead of just eating what's put in front of me.
