I guess you should take that as a compliment. Every other thread is filled with "How can I fix....". V4.1 seems solid as a rock. Not really sure where you go from here.

4.1 is good. but i had a few probs. screen would flicker on start page, and file explorer would freeze when i was explorering. so i went back to v4 cause got no probs on v4. and the 1 cab that dont work on 3.2 and 4.1 works on v4. so from my view v4 is the best . but i miss the extra icons on home screen that 3.2 has.

Are you talking about the message icons? If so, you just have to turn them on in maxmanilla.

Not quite sure what you mean but the number of quicklinks or the notification icons can be set using max. Just drag the clock down to get to the max menu. Also look for the maximillon thread on xda to understand the interface.

I did some more research regarding the VZW issues in v4.1. I was initially trying to modify the file I use to set up the favorites key cab file I use to only set up the favorites button. While I was testing it out I noticed an issue with the keyboard mapping. I went back to v3.2 which did not have the issue. I compared the keyboard mapping files and found no differences. However, when I checked the verizon.cab files I noticed the v3.2 file was not the same size (420 kbytes less). I just did this, so I haven't really had a chance to see what else is affected by using the 3.2 version.

If I understand correct, you are using the VZW cab from V3.2 and anything now works?

That's right. I'm using the verizon cab from v3.2

Probably still to early to tell, but appears to be much more stable. Still no mms but I believe thats a vzw issue. I found a mms cab that works though. The issue with shutxp not working with the end button appears to be resolved. I extracted both verizon cabs and the v4.1 has more files. The xml file looked the same when I scanned them so I'm not sure what the extra files do.

Something Calk did with the last kitchen released. He stated there was changes made, but did not say what. But the problem appears to wide spread with more than just Calk's kitchen. Also this seems to be a good rom, stable and fast. Don't know where we will go from here. Maybe different theme roms?

Best ROM's I have ever downloaded. I usually sit back and watch people complain about somebody's hard work. Justine likes having feedback.,,,,so I have to speak up because his ROM's ROCKS!!! I believe it's why a lot of people are not posting anything is because the Timberwolf is working well. Everything has worked great since last week. The only thing that pops up is the wifi icon every once in a while for no reason. I do miss the blue font on the text message on screen alert. I appreciate your work. Thank you!

Ref: Randoms freezes in File Explorer. Changed to using Arkswitch as a taskmanager and I tried several times to get the phone to freeze. No luck, or maybe good luck. I have done several visual changes to the rom along with the change of taskmanager's. Didn't feel that was a reason for posting a new rom. So, new rom on the way tomorrow.

Thanks, sometimes it's nice just to hear that the rom is working. If we were to count the number of hour's spend on each release. It would be several hundred hours or more before the I get the release. Let's not forget all the people who spend their days and nights porting each release. My hat is off to them!
