ya rom is not causing this issue, i had 3 tp2's with same issue and its hardware.

Just guessing, but that sounds like part of CHT2. Just add a quicklink and choose misc. You can add both restart sense and phone (assuming you have CHT2 installed

). There are standalone applications that can do it as well. I use an end-key replacement program that I found in the Leo Themes/Apps section at XDA, and it has both options as well (though I did have to update the mortscript it uses for the newer version of Sense2.5.2018/2019)

Thanks Darren, a few pages back, there's a post where it is included Sprint keyboard fix. It might work, it has done so for me in the past. Don't hurt to give it a try.
