Re: 08/07/10 Update**VINdows Phone**(Sense 2017)
Just in case anyone is interested, flashing a no CHT rom, installing 16 shortcuts on home screen, program tab and fb 1.6 tab and it saved me approx 12-15 mb after boot from installing CHT. Surprisingly, the phone is faster. I did not think CHT really slowed it down once I got it configured, but it seems to me I may have been mistaken.
You get the 16 shortcuts on the home screen by swiping up, then you get the page of shortcuts on the next tab, which you can swipe right on the home screen to get to. So it is not far from what you get with CHT. However, I really miss the notification bar. |

Re: 08/07/10 Update**VINdows Phone**(Sense 2017)
It is a 23121 build I am beta testing for someone. Sorry, I realize that is not a direct compare to Vins roms, but it was a non CHT rom so it worked out from a testing standpoint. I had just tested CHT on it, so I was able to compare in short order. CHT cooked in would probably have slightly different results.
Just thought it was an interesting option and the CHT being slow discussion was going on earlier in the thread when the 16 shortcut cab came up. |

Anyway, I use the Windows Settings via <Start> <Settings><Sounds and Notifications> to change the LED blinking and if I do it mucks up all of the selections I've chosen through the Sense configuration. What I do is to make all my windows through the WIndows Settings and then go back and set them again in Sense settings. Everything seems to work then. Hope that helps.

I've been using G-Alarm forever, it always works too. Very flexible with alarm settings.
