All my local/international contacts start with +. To test, dial a local contact and prefix the number with +1 XXX-XXX-XXX . Trust me you will not be charged for a international call. This is how I have been doing for the past 10 years
To insert + , press and hold the 0 key on the dialpad.

+ indicates to the phone's network to prefix the outgoing number with international dialing code

By using + one can avoid typing the networks international dialing code anywhere in the world.

I am guessing you are prepending your call to Russia with 011? Whereas lets say you had to call from Russia to US then you would prepend the phone number with whatever Russia's international dialing code is. If you are a traveler then you would have to remember each country's international dialing code. To avoid the hassle, prepend the phone number with + and the network will take care converting the + to international dialing code.

Wow lol,thats nice feature.I'm gonna flash back to stock and copy those keys.Hope it will work
EDIT:Yay,Im on stock ROM lol.I will scan all regs and maybe I'll find the way to integrate SIM contacts with MS contacts too so we dont have to import them after every flash.

my youtube isnt working it says cannot play videos or the volume the sound isnt working is their a reason for this?

Russia is 7-easy to remember,but all those small countries around it no way to remember lol.

Hey Vin, still running v4. Wanted to know if there was a way to show data as inactive on the taskbar. it seems to connect and remain lit. not a huge deal but figured I would ask. Also, is there a registry edit to bring the stock signal bars back. not that I dont like the extra bars but was curious thanks for your work!

You can install original taskbar,but it will act the same way

thanks I tried that but the percentage says 0% if you tap the taskbar.
