Found the City database problem.It was 1 sense chinesse file,not compatible with english.
It will be fixed in neo_cookie 2016/21908

Hi Darren,

Do you know how to set the double click to delete emails?

On some roms you click delete and asks if you are sure and on others if you click delete the email is gone.

yep,open email tab then when mail shows tap bottom right menu/tools/options/messages. uncheck "warn when deleting message"

I went ahead and reflashed 6/28 Pluto Cookie. didn't know how fast you would find the fix. I think I'll wait until the next Pluto Cookie before I reflash.
