i just got a hero for basically free, cost me 5.85 so im trying out android also. Wasnt going to drop the coin on the evo untill I decided if I liked it or not. This way i can still keep the TP2 also, and rock Vins roms. We will see if I like android and the Hero, if not, ill likelly sell it.

Looks like cookie v1.8.5 will be released soon. They are just finishing up the language translations.

If anyone has interest in a really nice upgrade for the long press end key options screen on the TP2. Check out the DINIK - Anastasia - EndKey Replacement App by johcos over at xda, via the link below. The app is for the Leo, but I've tested out both the Black version as well as the 2.1 version, and both work great on the TP2 with Vin's Plutonium 6.5.x builds.

That's true, but it is a compressed file, so no, you're not missing anything and you won't have to install any other cabs. When you go to install it and it asks you if you want to install on the device or the SD card, it states at that time that there is so much space left and this install will take a certain amount of room, mine showed that this install would use 26MB.

I have been using the EVO for about a week now (work phone) and Android has it problems just like Windows. It is not perfect. I just spent half a day doing hard resets to try and get the bttery problem fixed to find out it was a fill on my SD card keep the phone from sleeping. It is diffrent (not refined) but not any better then Vins ROMs on my TP2. Just my two cents.

Soo um.. i've searched everywhere..I cant send MMS/Pictures, Any body wonna help me out? Im using the Plutonium No Cookie rom.
