Okay this might sound like a noob question but how do you install this ROM? All I have is a .nbh file when I downloaded and unrared the newest Neodium. It used to come with an installer and even pagepool changer, any way to get those back?

does it come with provisioning for metropcs or i have to find a arcsoft that is compatible with web and mms ???

If you still have a folder with an older Vin rom which has the installer and pagepool changer, just drop this new .nbh file in it, replacing the old .nbh that was in that folder.

If you don't have an older rom, then you must sdcard flash or find another update utility like darren.wlsn1 suggested.

I have been following this thread for about a week now and will be flashing when the updated cookie version is released.
Since I am on VZW I would like to know what is necessary after initial flash (other than carrier provisioning).

Is anyone aware whether or not a Co0kie version of Vin`s ROM will follow the chef`s latest release?
