I too can confirm this to be the case. Once you "reply" to someone just 1 time, it works to send SMS from contacts from that point forward.

It is also true that once you "reply" once, it seems like it is permanently fixed. I have done a power cycle and it still works.

To be honest I dont know what else needs to be done with this ROM.
Im just waiting for new sys leaks so I can update sys,add reply fix,gif fix and compare power entryes with shipped Rhodium ROM.

Well, this isn't a ROM request more than a "do you know how to cleanly" request ...

Personally, I HATE the HTC SMS application, as well as the CONTACTS manager.

So this question is really 2 parts ...

SMS - Do you know how to disable the SMS application such that when I slide over to "Messages" and see a message, and then with click on the message to "reply" or I click on "all messages" that it actually opens me up in Outlook SMS/MMS messaging?

PEOPLE - Same sort of Idea ... When you slide to the people TAB, can you get it setup such that if you click on a shortcut of a person that is setup as "open contact card" that it opens WM Contact view for that person, or if you click "All People" softkey, that it actually opens the WM All Contacts view?

before I started this thread I tested few major custom roms and it was pita to install patch,then arcsoft had several scrolling freezes and desided to cook my own sprint ready rom

basically i had sss r2, then i simply installed arcsoft cab, then installed elephant mms workaround fix cab and then everything worked fine. the only thing is that you had to go to email inbox to get to the arcsoft/wm interface to read/send mms, but i would think you can modify links like your current rom where 'All messages' takes you to the arcsoft/wm interface?

V1 works a lot better than 2

also i noticed it said that this is a fast rom so the battery life must be sacrificed but my battery drains big time when i am on a call, if its normal use like text and running apps its fine but if i make a call i can lose about 25-40% on a 30min call...

is this a 2.5 issue?

btw i love this rom this is the first 2.5 rom that lasted a week on my phone and i think i am going to stick with it even with the crappy battery life i have a charger in my car, office and i picked up an extra battery from sprint yesterday.

Is there a way to fix the facebook "open online album" under contacts? The photos won't open. Has anyone looked into this yet? It worked with Mighty Rom and Juicy. Otherwise this is the best Rom out there. Although I haven't had a chance to test the MMS features in Neodium V2. V1 worked perfectly for me. Anyhow is there a solution for the facebook quirk?
