Re: 03.03.11 Titanium ROM updates (21916,28244)

^^ Thanks! I just installed AbcTaskman and it's showing, with no apps running and phone idle, hovering between 55-100mA. It has spiked to 150 a few times.

The only thing I run is PocketShield, but this was never an issue on the other ROMs where battery life was great. I even just turned bluetooth off, and it's still behaving the same way.

Hi,

I am running the Dec 8 naked ROM. Is there a cab or switch that I can employ to activate conference calling or 3-way calling using the default dialer? If not, is there another dialer that I could use which would have this function?

Thanks

I had some series battery drain on the 2.10 rom. Now that I am on 3.03 rom with SPB my battery life has improved dramatically.

Edit: I am also running pocketshield and do not have battery drain.

You know, I think it was the Titanium Weather plug-in. It kept popping at very random times to run an update and I would hit cancel, I couldn't see the frakkin process anywhere in ArkSwitch and it wasn't even showing up anymore in Titanium home menu. I uninstalled it (tried it as a lark and hence had forgotten about it as I never even check weather on the phone) this morning and soft reset, battery usage is looking pretty much back to standard :D

Oh come on, don't be silly. What kind of person who so generously volunteers their time and energy to consistently provide a wonderful service for end users at no cost doesn't enjoy being cyber-ordered as though they're a frakkin' busboy being yelled at by the customer who isn't satisfied with a free meal?

I assume you were using Showaco's Titanium Weather right ? I had it set to manual updates and saw no problems whatsoever (and no popups). There's really no good reason to have any plugin update automatically.
