no, a radio flashes exactly like a rom. Since radio's don't change often, they are usually not included in a rom. Also, some radios work better in other areas. I'm in Seattle and the 2.35 works better for me than the newer 2.37

if you flash Vin's, you'll get the radio upgrade, every subsequent rom will most likely NOT have the radio, therefore, the only thing you will be changing is the OS

Can you test jan.31 net speed.I extracted regs from that cab and it wasn easy,want to make sure that every necessary reg is in rom

Just d/l'ed and got everything up and running. My only concern is that I cannot get it to sync with Google for my contacts and calendar. Other than that I have not tried much else due to possibly having to swap ROM's for one that will connect. I have provisioned the ROM through the provisioning tool but still nothing.

I have been using it with Sprints stock ROM and Calkulins ROM while booting into Android. If anyone has been able to get Vins ROM to sync with Google I would love to know how.

Haven't played with it yet. I'm kinda afraid to do too much flashing right now. We are getting a lot of ice and afraid possibly may lose power and don't want to be in middle of flash and not have a working phone. They even called off Blues hockey game tonight :(
