Awesome I see there a few MidAtlantic peeps all over PPC and even over on XDA, looks like your a Mason? Any ideas on how to get to sync will be greatly appreciated

Yup, hell, you and I are practically neighbors (relatively speaking). It looks like you're in Towson. I'm in Owings Mills. I go to Towson at least once a week.

I've been online since '96 and it still surprises me how small of a world it is whenever I run into someone close by. :)

i always use google sync. have you tried this?

I haven't actually done it myself but I knew it was possible. I sync my phone with a corporate exchange server so I can't sync it with Google at the moment. :( The man is keeping me down. hehe

Since you already have an exchange account, I don't think you can have a second.

This does work---the link is for a WM 5 version, so here's the 6.5 version:

open AS on your phone
menu
configure server
Server address m.google.com
check "this server requires SSL..."
user name "user@gmail.com"
password: fill in
Domain ---nothing, nada blank
DO NOT SYNC TASKS

I had to fill in username and password first then server address. But these are the items that need to be filled out

You're 100% correct. I cannot have more than one activesync account configured. The link that cganesh75 is correct, as are your instructions. I still appreciate you answering my query all the same. :)

and if not is there a way to remove the icons and switch them to more stocklike ones before flash? i'd like to try Vin's again but last time the glass icons clashed with my regular cab icons when using CHT

Hello there!

I just installed the newest rom on Sprint and I can't turn on my Data connection in Wireless controls. I have gone through 3 different provisionings and none can get my data back working. Calls go through fine.

Any help?
