Running the 12-29 Pluto build as well. Ditched the Sense and went with SPB Mobile Shell with Android theme from here. It's very smooth and extremely easy to use.

The one feature of SPB Mobile Shell that works in Neodium but not in Pluto that I would love to see is the ability to have SPB Launcher override WinMobile Startmenu. Other than that, it is nice ot run with Pluto as well.

Yeah, I'll second that. I have considered going with the Jan 3 Neo ROM and loading SPB Mobile Shell onto that.

Except for the 2.37 radio, is there any real difference between 1-2 and 1-3 Neo?

Neo and SBP is match made in heaven. Boot up at 100mb free and never really get below 90 unless I really churn out all the programs. Neo is also very stable for overclock, got mine to 748 easily on WinMoSpeed and it run very stable. Again great job for this kick @ss ROM Vin :notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:

I don't think so. I recall 1-3 being done when somebody asked about 2.37... :toothy10:

Still have to switch to CHT2.0 at times, but have around 85MB free... around 25MB less than SPB.

That SPB Android theme looks nice. Thinkng to try it.
Using Sense now as I am used to it..
I dont like CHT2.0 as it has too much unessisary stuff loading it down.
I am using an old moded CHT for just the quiklinks & appointments,
I will post as soon as I get home & import the settings into my cab.

I am very near your ram settings as my CHT is only using 3megs of ram.
I am also using the sartmenu replacement app called mmlaucher.
