Also Mighty or some of you other Chefs, could you find a way to include the Windows DRM in your Roms? I am stuck with stock Roms until I can play my Zune Pass music on the cooked ones.

Great update. Bluetooth is now working correctly. I'm happy now.

I've been running the update since last night and think it's pretty nice. It definitely feels faster than 6.1. If you turn off push internet so opera doesn't load at boot time, you wind up with 85megs free, which ain't too shabby.

About the only issue was that lack of the fingerpressure key in the registry that I asked about earlier. But I did change the pressurethreshold key and the screen is pretty responsive again.

The only drawback I've experienced is having to reinstall the apps and set up the email, etc.

I have tried to use this update but get error once it tries to install. I'm running a stock TP2, PC is running windows 7 x64. I can connect with mobile device center and sync however you pull the trigger on the upgrade it disconnects the usb from phone and the multicolored bands screen appears on the phone. It errors out saying it cannot connect via usb check cable connection. It appears it cannot find the Qualcomm cdma drivers needed for the usb connection. Luckily nothing on the phone is touched and you can restart by removing battery. Any help for this noob would be appreciated. I'll keep looking on the net.

I experienced that the first time I tried it. Using Win7 32bit. I noticed that just before the disconnection, Win7 said it had detected a new device and was installing the drivers. When that was finished, it disconnected and was stuck in the bootloader. All I can figure is that there's something in the process that fools Win7 into thinking theres a new device there. I wound up just pulling the battery. After a soft reset, I tried again and the update worked fine.

The first time you flash, windows has to establish drivers for the device while in bootloader mode. Let it finish, then try again.

Dumb question. Could you flash this on an UNLOCKED sprint phone, run a sprint provisioning cab and be good to go on Sprint?

Yep. you dont really need any cab except for MMS. Been running it since it came out.
