Actually VZW and other CDMA carriers(minus the very small markets)....all but Sprint....can get HTC messaging from Sense 2.5 to work just fine. So it isn't really an issue with HTC releasing a CDMA based Sense 2.5.....it's more an issue of Sprints network settings not allowing it. ALthough HTC def needs to release a US based CDMA stock Sense 2.5.

Ziggy and a few others have busted their nuts to get HTC messaging working and have done so for CDMA....other than Sprint due to Sprint network settings. So realy it's a Sprint thing......call em and tell em you can't get MMS messaging to work in HTC messaging on your unlocked custom ROM flashed TP2 and that you need them to change network settings.

I am on VZW and I have been using HTC Sense 2.5 Messaging to send and receive MMS since the end of December. I feel for you guys though cause that arcsoft workaround sucks compared to HTC IMO.

Can you receive video messages with HTC messaging program? with deck's ROM? I can't get it to work for me. Pixs are fine but no flixs . When I receive a video message I can hear it but it comes as a slide show (weird). I can see the (picture count) on the top left corner. I am on VZW too.

I haven't notices any significant speed differences between 9 and 9.5 - just some settings in 9.5 are GSM settings and they are greyed out. I use the document tab a lot so for me 9.5 was the way to go - If you don't use docs, go with 9. eReader is useless by the way.

thats why my post said SPRINT in it, sprint users have to wait for a sprint (cdma) wm6.5 rom w/ sense 2.5 OR yes of course fix the network settings (prolly not gonna happpen)

so yes im well aware of it working for vzn and telus; thats why agian i made sure i posted "sprint users"

Why is the ereader useless?? It's working fine for me. I haven't loaded any books that didn't come with the program yet but I plan on it.

Deck, can you lend a hand? I am have problems receiving my emails on 9.5. At first I thought it might be user error or my mail account. So I flashed back to 8.5 and everything is working fine. Now i definitely know its 9.5, Do you have any ideal what is happening? I post to other time with no respone. If you have time look into it. Thanks
