since "2.5" is too short to search its telling me: has anyone tried the malrom 2.5 beta version? how stable is it compared to the 2.1

i think the 2.1 is better so far the new 2.5 lags and has a freeze here and there... but im shur there gonna be coming out with more updates soon. these guys r great at what they do.

When i try to send a picture it takes forever to bring up the screen when u select a contact to send to, anyone else having this problem? I already hard reset.

Im using his latest 6.5.X Rom with manila 2.5 It is more stable than mighty's impact rom which portrayed the same concept. Mal's is clean, lean, runs without freezing....Ive flashed a lot of roms!

I flashed his latest 6.5.3 with manila 2.5 and couldn't get Windows live to properly install and when I tried to update the linked profiles it ended up freezing...Great ROM otherwise but for now I am staying with the 2.1 manila...

I too am using Mal's latest 6.5.3 w/Manila 2.5 2011 beta ROM. In addition I just switched from Mighty's Impact ROM. Being that I am a huge Mighty Mike fan, I will say that Impact is a project ROM that has not been updated since 12/28/09. However, you are dead on with your comment. I am very pleased with this speed of this ROM. I haven't installed all of my applications yet so we will see how that will affect the speed of the ROM. I also haven't noticed too many bugs yet, but I will report back after I have used this ROM for a few days. Great job Mal!

i had that problem the first time i installed it what i did was i installed the rom did a soft reset and then installed the windows live and mine worked perfect

What is the easiest way to backup my settings (activesync, ringtone, my phone) to use in conjunction with xda_uc?

iGo8 TTS still working with the new update. Thanks for this rom. TTS seems broken on all the other roms.
