23518 6.5.3 Is what I have been running. Not quite sure why it's not working? Are you installing the cabs to the phone or SD card?? I made that mistake and installed them on the card and it did not work. If you install each one to the phone and soft reset between installs it should work perfect.. Unless maybe you have something installed thats conflicting. I do not have the new beta version istalled yet so I cannot confirm on this new release just the Jan 14.

Mal,
Tremendous work! Would it be possible to place the XDA_UC on the start menu and let us run this manually instead of having it run auto? I like to clear storage and then provision after rebooting before auto installing cabs. Thanks again.

Beta rom running well here but could someone tell me how I can get to ActiveSync settings and set so it does not autostart when booting up and thanks.

Stupid workaround for now, but prior to flashing, I change the folder to 1xda so nothing runs, flash the ROM and when it's done restarting, change the name to XDA and HR so that it will now load the cabs.

Great Rom Mal! Thanks for getting that Twitter tab working. I've tried all the roms and your rom is by far the best!

hey Mal thanks for the new update that opera 10 is a real headache the 9.7 is way better.... the only issue i had with the 6.5.3 is that the calender wouldn't let me add appointments... is there a fix for that on the new update you just added...??

Not sure if that's an option, but I'll look around. Till then, yeah do what Fishingmedic suggests or what I do sometimes, just pop out the SD card before you flash, let it run (it'll find nothing) and then put back in the card after you get the "finish" screen pops up.

Glad you like! Yeah, the Twitter tab was what was holding me back on 2.5 too, much better now.

I just added an appointment on 6.5.3 with Manila 2.5 (2011) with no issues, so yeah, should be fine.

Figured I'd stick with Opera 9.5 for now because as yuo mention, 10 can cause issues. Plus, figured people can always add it via XDA_UC if they really want it.
