Another thing I noticed is if you have some kind of lockscreen on it messes with the weather on the home screen, but when I scrolled to the weather tab it fixed itself!

Something else is to just update it from the weather tab on TF3D!

I think the provisioning cab worked. I had downloaded it to my SD but forgot to install it....lol So when it rebooted all was fine.

Ok, the provisioning cab worked the first time but now it is doing the same thing again and it doesn't work no matter what I do with the provisioning cab. Anyone else having this issue?

Did rom flash the normal rom or did you flash from the kitchen? If you didn't flash from the kitchen you probably should because when I did I saw a big difference.

On the other hand if you flashed from the kitchen try not to remove or delete any of the folders because it could mess with other things in the rom!

Other than that I don't know what to tell you!

No i didnt download from kitchens just regular. Which kitchen one do I download from the list? Does it install the same way? sorry never downloaded from kitchen before.

I've got a busy week and have been flashing a lot of newer builds on my TP2 with some occasional unstable results. Seems like most of the 6.5 and/or 2.1 ROMs have been the most stable in the past. So I decided to go w/6.5 + 2.1 and loaded up Silence ROM v12 to keep me running for awhile. It seems to be working well for me. One of the faster ROMs I've ever used with a lot of RAM available. That said, I've only been running it for about 15-16 hours

Penny, I haven't experienced the same problems you have. I always flash back to the stock ROM before flashing a new ROM. You may want to try that. Also, make certain you've updated in the weather tab or have it setup to auto update from there. The home screen will pull weather data based on what you've setup in the weather tab...

Perhaps a "Do-over" with stock flash, silence ROM flash (use the latest v12), sprint provisioning, and new weather settings? Might be worth a try if you've got the time.

Yeah I always flash back to stock before trying a new rom. Will try the other things that you suggested. I have the latest silence rom installed. I will make sure though. Thanks

Can someone provide the link for the updated ROM by tommyr? Doesn't seem to be contained in the threads any longer

ALso -- I cannot get wifi router working. The app runs on my phone, but there's no visible SSID available to my laptop

Any suggestions?

try to hard reset or reinstall the rom if that didnt work
