I just gotta say. I've tried about 6 flashes on my TP and this one is my favorite. There are a lot of features I like in some of the other flaashes, but they weren't as fast and stable as this one. I liked EnergyRom too, but my battery lasted about 6 hours with it. After 8 hours today with Lunacie, I was still at 80+ percent!!! I've cooked several roms for my old touch. I'll soon start working on my own flash for the TP. When I do, I aspire to build one this good. I may just forget doing it and finish this rom out with User Customization.

Yes, I figured I'd put it up bare and let the user do all the work with cabs, that way VZW users can optimize to their own taste without overtaxing the gimped ram.

Sounds easier than it is - I'm having a hell of a time getting this ROM to work - seems that eliminating certain external packages (add on programs that are not part of the SYS or XIP) messes with dependencies in an unexpected fashion, so I'm just experimenting until I get it right.

Thanks!!!! Glad you're liking it. Cooking is a lot of fun, I highly recommend it, even if you end up using someone else's ROM most of the time.

Sounds pretty good to me.

BTW, I noticed there appears to be duplicates icons in several places. For instance, there are more then 1 MS My Phone icons and 2 Power icons in Settings. Is that planned or an error?

I also noticed if I do an SR that the Start button doesn't work anymore. I have to actually swipe the TAB's first before the Start Menu button will actually launch the Start Menu.

The duplicate tabs are a mistake and/or laziness on my part. Every time I add a new SYS to the Kitchen I have to exclude certain packages, sometimes I get it wrong or don't bother and then we get duplicates. Someday I'll figure out a way to automate that, but for now it's all about human error...

As far as SR leading to inactive start button, that does not happen on mine, so I'm not sure what could be causing that, other than a funky flash...

Have you unlocked your phone using something like THIS? If you did unlock it, you should see 'CMONEX' on the tri-color bootloader screen somewhere. If you don't see that, then you need to unlock before flashing any custom ROM.

I have had problems with it, the slider is always behind the WM 6.5.x lower bar. Looking into it, but haven't really had the time to spend on the problem lately.
