I tried a couple roms yesterday in search of the signal issue, I think I'm leaning towards toward sound quality. I haven't sat down yet, but I'm thinking the different between my old and new carrier cab, it may be a SignalBar strenght tweak of 5 and 7. It just has skinnier bars in the new one. Over the next week I'll do some things that will address this hopefull, but really don't know where to start...

As far as the battery, if you go into StartMenu-Tools there is some .cab files from calkulins kitchen to tweak your battery. Find a good one and I can cook it in. The battery has not been tweaked from his kitchen yet.

I won't be upgrading the "G" version as much, but since you asked...How about the new version? Just a couple more skins for the nostrodomus widget, verion 2.13. Look for it either later tonight or in the morning.

I did a bit of research as well on the signal strength "issue"...I found out the exact same thing--what appears to be a weak signal from rom to rom is only caused by how many bars (visual not actual strength) the taskbar is programed to show (5/7). the only thing that can change signal strength is the radio---so unless you're flashing a new radio, your signal is the same...it just may be represented (visualy) different

Hi RSTG. Hope you are fine and good news you are going back to work. Mind needs entertaining. All ROMS have their customers. Some ROMS have to let them have few upgrades to become what they are. From your first ROM (SPB) to now, it is a major come back. In other threads some users have suggested your ROM. I do personally like it very much like the others. All "Chefs" have something to offer and all ROMS are great for each one out there to please each one. I'm back after experiencing which I was interested to download. That's the good part when you learn from one to another, me being a noob. Your's among the smoothest builts being so complicated. Already downloaded your latest update. And right now I'm happy with it. Found 2 things: PRI/PRL not updating (could be do to new Sprint OEM) and couldn't find a turn on setting for G calibration, so I cannot calibrate. Still playing with the ROM, I'll let you know. For now I'm staying here. Whenever you have a chance to esplain on this 2 issues and what am I missing. by the way, Happy Thanksgiving Day to you and everyone in the thread you hard working people!!!=D>=D>=D>

I am loving all the chefs and their version/interpretations. As far as your two concerns: G-Sensensor is in there, StartMenu-Settings-System and choice G-Sensor. The second is a casualty of trying the other carrier cab a few versions back. I'll have to restore that as I use that myself. I'm glad you enjoying the rom and keep them request coming!

Hi RT, yes the application is there, the problem is that when I request to calibrate it, it says frozen like in the air. Already did stock rom, download, 2 resets and wipe device. Already my ROM is upgrade it with new OEM, I figured that no other updates available. Still playing with it. Any additional suggestions???

It's working for me fine. Anything else that's been installed? But I can do a clibrate on the Sprint version and it completes without freezing. And the PRL/PRI thing is still out of commission...

on previous versions, i could load the DCD cab manualy and still run "update profile"--not sure why it's causing a problem just because its cooked in?????
