Made mistake not GSenser, SensorSDK has to have HTCSensorService,dll from Touch Pro.

This file has to be edited to leave out tabs (Twitter, Stocks, etc.)

Yes, back then I think I uploaded a copy of mine for you. You can just copy and paste this from your 2012 to 2016 if you are still using same tabs.

Here's a little tutorial I gave someone on the 26948339_manila file. Perhaps it may help you out.
If you think you have it right and Sense still won't launch, check for extra spaces in the file. That kicked my ass for a couple of days awhile back. Right click and highlight the entire file, then you'll be able to see any extra spaces that you may have.
