Re: dcd's hermann ROM & kitchen 2.00

Def agreed on the Logmein, I've been using it for a few months. Incredibly easy and doesnt involve static IP's, messing with firewalls etc like others do.

Ive been on 6.1 forever now, kept trying various 6.5 roms and was continually not pleased. The speed was always horrendous and I disliked the programs Menu. Additionally Ive not been really pleased with Titanium vs TF3D or SPB Shell.

Now my personal preferences aside: Would it be worthwhile to disable Titanium and just run Spb shell on here? Is the OS any better at handling ram management / battery life, etc. Or is this mostly an aescetic thing?

Thanks DCD! I used DCDs ROMs on my titan and they were always fantastic.

If you're going to run SPB and want 6.5, this will be the best place for you to start, it's very barebones and equally as fast as any 6.1 ROM out there in my opinion...

Looks like he didn't include it in the Kitchen, though he includes it on his website repository. Looks like thats the way its intended.

Yep, DotFred's task manager is usually included instead of the HTC one.

Re: dcd's hermann ROM & kitchen 2.00

I may have missed it on page 1, however does anyone know what the default page pool is on this ROM. I like the 24m page pools on other ROMS, but I wanted to know what this one was.

Re: dcd's hermann ROM & kitchen 2.00

I downloaded the kitchen and copied it over to my new ervirus kitchen 1.8 folder and it gives me a series of errors.

Could not find a part of the path c:\Documents and Settings\XXX\Desktop\ervirus Kitchen 1.8\ROM\EXTENDERPKG

You need to specify the EXT Build First!!!

Folder \SYS not found...

Help??
