Is it possible to flash a radio from the SD card? If so, do I need to name it raphimg.nbh or something ese? Thanks in advance for any info.

yes it is. exact same method as flashing a rom from an sd card. rename the file RAPHIMG.nbh (not sure if the caps matters, but you might as well)

good call 420! I created a private group called 'ppcgeeksforums' and made a posting already. If you can join it yourselves - awesome! If not, let me know what your e-mail or Geo Terrestrial username is and i'll drop the invite. Shoot me a PM

I'd like to get a good feel for which radios work well in certain areas.

I joined up. Not the easiest thing to find in the world though.

no - it's not - I would agree! Dropping an e-mail address or username is easier I think. I have a post going out in the general Touch Pro forums. I suppose I could invite those Diamond folks too...

The new Sprint radio is working very well for me so far. On the drive home from work I had fewer deadspots than ever before. There is this one spot where I usually lose service for sixty seconds; with the new radio, I had EVDO the whole time. While dB's are slightly lower than the Verizon radio, I have a more stable connection. Also, the GPS lock is faster than any other radio.

I'm in that same area as well. I tried the Telus but found that it killed my battery way too fast so I went with the Sprint 1.11.00F. Would like to try this, but only if its better!
