For the rest of you, thanks for the nice words. Been really busy at work (really exciting times for us) and 20771 was so good I wasn't looking. But the touch screen on my TP gave out (unless it was above 4000 ft or 100 deg then it works fine) - I've got a new one which means it's time to re-flash so I'm just trying to fast-forward to WM6.5. Like it so-far, but unfortunately (or fortunately) I won't be back for long - one and done this time around until work cools down again.

yeah meaning when you go to dump it the modules will be missing parts of the s00x files

I've been told that before but it has always seemed to work. Maybe my old-fashioned manual porting methods don't need what's missing (all the code and data has to be there regardless of the toolset used or it wouldn't work).

If you have an intact 21815 XIP as xip.bin or os.nb.payload I'll give it a try. Nothing to lose...

hey my ROM has a 23001 intact xip all I did was get rid rid of the hd and osaxt.dll it will be in the same format as jd's if you would like it I can try to dump my ROM and get it for you see if it will work for you. btw its already spinrelocked and has the new gxdma driver in it.

ok well offer stands I tried 21815 but have been far more satisfied with 23001 its been much faster and more stable for me.

I looked at a 23001 build and it was a patched / Hex-edit build. I'm a little wary, but after there are enough folks trying 23001 without issues, I may give it a spin. For now, I reached what appears to be a fast stable 21815 ROM build and I'm going to stick with that. FIrst WM6.5 so I need to learn anyway, then I can play better.

Tested working 23009 in OP. See notes. 23028 preview also uploaded. WARNING - I HAVEN'T TRIED TO BOOT 23028 YET. But it DOES have cachefilt.dll and the correct boot.hv entries to use it.
