Re: New Vulcan1 StarShip MultiMedia Super ROM, Digital Movies, GPSWeatherRadar Built

Tech or anybody else that might now,
How do you change the settings to allow for a longer delay before the screen shuts off on a call? With this ROM, I find myself constantly having to hit the power button to power back the screen while trying to fumble to hit buttons to listen to voicemails...I'd like a delay more like 30 secs or something which would be a perfect time to go dark on a long call, but allow you time to navigate the voicemail menus...

I looked around in settings but nothing caught my eye in terms of a fix...

Any advice would be much appreciated...I assume others have noticed this?

Thx

Tech, there seems to be a serious issue with this one. The dial pad will not send out a call...nor will going from contacts. It just dumps to the phone settings screen. The other problem is the streaming media kicks over to HTC streaming media instead of tcmpmp like before. The last version was, like I said before, 99.9% perfect.

The few missing programs that I wanted were easily found cabbed up to put in. I flashed and used clear storage many times to try to get the laggies out of the screen calibration after never being able to hard reset outside of winmo.

As the releases progress I am starting to lose track of what has been built in and what NEEDED extras like ie toggle or TV fix or any specific carrier cabs etc are to be added after a flash. I understand and appreciate all the free work and loss of sleep you and others put into it and am willing to test for you on sprint if that would help. Good luck with the progress.

Well if anyone has Goggle Voice already, you can still make calls with iDialer-gv as it starts the call using data and rings in on regular service. I have not tried the regular version of iDialer that can be set to replace the default dialer I believe. The only hard part is iDialer does not link to outbound phone contacts meaning you have to know the numbers you want to dial and key them in.

Oh and Tech, the live messenger stand alone will not work as it does not give you the option to sign in your login so it hangs...just a bug report. Skyfire offers a new version when started so is that one better?

Very good, I will fix the Windows Live and the SkyFire updated is built in, that's a update to the current version.. As fas the Vulcan2 is concern, I will release a new updated version later today with the same hi tech stuff, plus the Nitrogen music player.....
