hey tech, have you tried that dredsensor thing. it will scrole anything. it scrolls the titanium screen, your favorite people in touchflo, it will even scroll the programs menu. i though it was your rom, but i realized it wasnt. i just installed it so fast on the other one, i never noticed it was dredsensor doing it. i mean everything scrolls.

JNUTS, thanks for all of your support too, without you their would be no "TRIPOD/QUAD POD MODE", you are the technology behind it all.. OK!, now do you see the above screen shots on your TP, if not, then up I will upgrade to the new 23022 ROM build with several changes, give me your response on this matter... Notice use "Use Snap Mode", that for using the camera, let me know if you see these two screen shots.... I will experiment with the "dresensor", a awesome ideal and technology....

Re: NEW Vulcan StarShip Version MultiMedia Super Hi Tech ROM, Global Live Media Built

I gave this ROM a shot yesterday... I thought I had flashed the wrong thing as it said it was a warrior ROM at the initial boot screen and the WinMo screen was also saying warrior. It had several cosmetic issues but thats fine, everyone's tastes are different. A few of the apps crashed on me, Waze GPS would not work with it, and I even locked the phone up twice, once was by simply renaming a file in Explorer.

Nice job cooking in all the apps and such but I'm sticking with a clean ROM and Sashimi to install the apps I need and upgrade them when I need to.

Sorry for you experience, but I have this ROM on two TP's, but I personally have never ever had your experience, your issues.. I would advise you to have your TP checked out immediately... As you read back through the thread, you will see that no one is having your problems or issues.... If I can help you in anyway holla back...

Another question, do you have the new Sprint ROM on your TP..?

Are there more than 3 movies going at a time on there? This rom is working 99.9% perfect for all my stuff after messing with it for a day. Sprint TV rotation only works with keyboard slid out...accelerometer gets hung up but works back in vertical mode aka no crash or anything. Just an fyi. ***TV is fine now. Never mind*** Turned off then on use accelerometer and all is good.
Thanks a million....

Tech, not sure if I missed it but I can not seem to save or add any contacts. I also just tried the copy and replace the pim.vol file to get my old ones back but that's not working for me...Any ideas for a fix on just entering contacts from a fresh clear mem boot. All I have done is started opera to come here to post since that.

dig,

Did you perform the steps in the instructions about "pull the battery, vol dwn- ctr button - power" at a certain point during the install? I had the same lockups previously until I did those steps. Now, no more lockups at all

yeah, im not gettin that capture option at all. i got 4 options on the settings screen. "always launch ie" is the last option. so you're sayin that it can read black & white barcodes?

yeah, the dred sensor is fantastic. you can even scroll the music albums in touchflo. which is nice, cause you cant get to the bottom of the screen in the playlist screen. ive mapped the arrow key to cleanram, and the homekey to taskfacade.

I upgraded to this ROM from Starship Beta 2 after having lag issues with prior versions...it's a great ROM...fast, good on memory and on battery...my only gripe is the one listed above...there is no way to add a new contact from within contacts...

Are we missing something Tech? If you go into contacts, hit new, and then tap Outlook Contact, it takes you right back to the contact search page and does not allow the entry of new information...is there a fix for this without a whole new ROM install? I just spent time today getting this new ROM up to speed and don't want to go through it again if I can help it...

Thanks for looking into this...
