Re: NEW Vulcan StarShip Version MultiMedia Super Hi Tech ROM, Global Live Media Built

Tech, I am having the TCPMP player showing tons of errors, even crashing out and not playing simple vid files that played by default. Only thing I installed was ie toggle and caulkins tv fix. Some TV will work some will not on the Sprint TV app. Any Idea? Other than that this is looking like a fast running loaded rom...hopefully the battery will last well. I'm on Sprint so do I need to run the updates from post 1?

First of all, did you read the instructions in post #1 concerning the new digital play TCPMP video/audio player... The first thing you should do is install the "IE Toggle" software located at the very bottom of post #1 and activate it for using PIE, if you don't do this, you will get tons of error messages...

The next thing, open the TCPMP player, go to Options> Settings> Select Page> File Association and check mark all the block and tap OK in the lower left corner, exit the TCPMP player... Now you can play your videos... I'm watching digital movies via the TCPMP player right now.. When your first open the TCPMP player, you will get 4 ONE TIME FALSE ERROR MESSAGE.. Please take your time and read the instructions in post #1, enjoy....

Thanks Tech...order of operations. Yes I did read it but I guess I was jumping around checking out all the cool new stuff before doing it right it seems. So do we need to leave it in PIE for good then?

just checking out the new version, I like it alot so far. Just curious, how do you set up the Titanium radar, it seems like I would need a code or something
it is kind of complicated setting up titanium radar but this is what i do.
i have a txt document saved with all the weather locations i prefer, also the same one you use to copy into weatherpanel to set up radar in that program which btw is so much cooler than titanium weather.
so after i have that text open i slide the link so i am looking at the radar link press on it and when whatever image come up weather it gave you an error or not press and hold till the menu comes up edit urls. then hit add a new url and just manually type in what you have on the text document i spoke of earlier i have attached a copy of what i use on my phone and after the first time it only takes a few min to set up

also: you can copy that text and edit and replace where it says orlando, fl and replace with your city and state it is really simple and with weather panels if you have it auto update you will have a moveing radar map by pressing and holding the picture a play button will come up and once you know where the button is just hit that spot on the screen and it will play with out all the other garbage on the screen
Attached Files
File Type: txt radars.txt (839 Bytes, 6 views) Click for barcode!

This is the easy way to do it, install the software below and go to Menu in the app> Settings and put in the data for your area.... Install the "GPSWeatherRadar.Cab" first, next install the "radarMerge.Cab", open this app up on your device, tap on the registry file, it will auto go the registry, that's it, soft reset your TP... If you need more help, holla back.... You can follow the link in post #995 to get all the details... This set up will even set up the 4.2 radar app in the ROM....
